    Rex Grossman must die.

Moose better take a 420, cause Sunday's going to be a long day.

Stop the run. Make Rex beat us. He can't. Jake, don't throw any stupid passes in the flat.

panthers cant turn the ball over like last time and will probably need to get one or two of their own this time. what chicago did to carolina last time was like what carolina did to ny today.

i think the record for teams that got a 1st round bye is pretty darn good so the panthers will have to buck some trends to get a W.

    but.....chicago can be had.

the panthers have the advantage of playoff experience and we all saw that today. teams tend to tighten up a bit once the stakes are raised.

    raise the stakes.

What killed us the first time playing the Bears?

I know Jake threw some bad passes but how was the coverage? How did they play our receivers?

The formula the Bears use to win is familiar to us. They want to run the ball and limit mistakes on offense while they win the game with defense and special teams. The best way for us to beat them is to take very few risks on offense and see what Grossman will do against our defense. I like our chances to force some turnovers and mistakes if Grossman or Orton has to throw the ball. I feel like we can shut down their run game. This will be a chess game and the margin for error will be small in what will be a low scoring game. I would make sure Smith gets some touches even if that is by running reverses. One big play might be the difference.
