That's easy. Lakers. He picked the number 17 with LA cause he felt the Celtics would have got trophy number 17 if they hadn't dumped him. Sounds like his brain got scrambled getting raped as Jackson Vehue on "Oz".

It brings out the nostaga. They hadn't met since 69 when the first Bird/Magic series happened in 84.

And you do have a meeting of great players, each of whom need to solidify thier place in history. Kobe needs a ring without Shaq to legitimately put him in the Jordan/Bird/Magic catergory.

Garnett needs a ring period to hush the choker label. For all the talk of the big 3, this big 3 has never won anything before.

The Big Three is the Big One and the Big One is a bit of a choker.

    LA in 6.

With a ring Kobe begins his march towards the second-best player in our generation, and possibly of all-time.

He'll have to play the series of his life for Boston to have a shot. I could see it happening though. I like Paul Pierce as a player, he's a great #2.

I don't care too much about the games since I don't want either team to win a championship, so I'd prefer some contests between the Laker Girls and Celtics Dancers, preferably involving wet uniforms and catfights.

This is as big as an NBA rivalry is ever going to get, so I guess I can deal with the ESPN's of the world bashing our heads in with relentless hype.

It is amazing that after this year one of these two teams would have won the NBA title in 31 of the 62 years of the league's existance.
