hmmmmm.....if the brewers lose this its a sweep. CC was the only thing that could save this for them.

Every time I watch Shane Victorino play, he looks like a winner. I know he kills the Braves and now it looks like he's got the Brewers number too.

Look at the bright side, that's the last time CC pitches on three days rest this year.

Brewers "may" win one but I bet Moyer closes them out next game

Milwaukee abused C.C. At some point you have to look out for the best interests of your players, and I just hope that Sabathia doesn't suffer a major arm injury.

I read where he had pitched into the 90s by the 3rd inning. Between that, 4 starts in a row of over 100 innings and on three days rest each time he had better rest and lay low until he starts negotiating a new deal with whomever. You gotta know interested teams will examine the hell out of his shoulder and elbow before they sign him long term.

I wouldn't sign him. He's going to have trouble maintaining his conditioning over the next few years anyway, and all that extra weight could easily cause injury problems. You've got to love the guy's competitiveness, but he's just not a good risk in terms of giving him a $100+ mil contract.
