He's been a small forward for most of his NBA career. He can play power forward if he has to, but he's not suited for it.

He is a good rebounder for his size. But he is more of a large small forward or small power forward, depending on how you look at it. But his game has certainly moved to more of an outside game the last half of his career. Would still be an upgrade over what we have at PF.

yeah, the offensive board and put back has definitely been a strong part of his game. that and some of the most awkward looking shots you can imagine. i think the reason he's had such a productive and mostly injury free career has been that he doesn't bang bodies a lot.

still, can't see him wanting to sign here while he still can get 17 and 6 and play 30+ minutes. lots of teams would love to add him as a guy who can score without needing a play called for him. plus, he's an easy add to an established team -- no drama or potential to upset the apple cart with a big ego.

If he can still score we could use him but ideally we need to add a guy who can score inside.

Well if Dunlap wants to run more, it possibly could work, but this team is gonna still lack for rebounding in a major way even with that style.

They are going to lack in a lot of areas. The scoring is not there, the defense is not strong, the rebounding is awful. I don't think adding some offense from the paint will turn them into a good team by itself but it would help a lot. We have some young guards and swing players, they need a big man to work with so they can develop.

Looks like Jamison is going to Brooklyn from this snip it from ESPN

He was acquired by the Cavaliers via trade in 2009-10, the last season Lakers coach Mike Brown was at the helm for the Cavs. The Lakers are in competition with several other teams for Jamison's services, including Brooklyn, Golden State and Charlotte, and a source close to Jamison said on Thursday the Nets appeared to be his preferred destination at the moment.

That does not make sense unless they are going to throw wads of cash at him. Brooklyn is not going to win a championship next year, not without Dwight Howard.

Brooklyn will be pretty good, and has a decent chance of being the second best team in the East given that Rose will miss much of the season. If someone on the Heat gets injured then who knows.

They have some talent but they sort of remind me of the Knicks. Anthony and Stodamire could not make them a contender....
