Finally,

Someone in the national media showing us some respect! I think that the main reason people are still doubting the Panthers is because they haven't watched their games. If you see how well the Panthers' D plays and how well the O controls the ball, you can not help but think that this team is legit. Perhaps, after we shut down Farve this Sunday we will be given some respect.

 

that's not bad. Overall though, I don't care about what a few writers think. I'm not going to jump for joy if somebody gives us hype - hype bad!! - and I'm not going to get pissy mad at the guys who write, you know, that whole "so called experts" crap.

Yep, The VERY same "sports writers" who predicted a Steeler-Rams Super Bowl. They are good, real good!

Too much media causes too much pressure. We don't need pressure just quite yet. If we lose this Sunday it won't break our confidence or the fan's hearts. Ther's more wins to come, and we will still surprise and sneak up on people.

 

I'm not knockin' the sports writers, not that I ever held them in very high regard. I wonder what kind of odds you could have gotten in "Vegas a month ago that on Sept. 24 the Rams would be 0-3 and the Panthers would be 3-0.

 

Probably coulda won millions off one buck.
