you really don't know my intention. I stated it was relevant. It is. You can deny it, or be hurt by it. It's relevant. Don't blame me because you feel injured, or because you pissed and moaned.

Of course I do. Everyone does. Your behavior has always been clear as day, but because you refuse to ever take responsibility for yourself you always pretend that you were innocent and someone else is responsible for whatever conflict follows in your wake. You're not hard to read, magnus. You're pretty transparent, you just can't be honest about it, not even to yourself.

I not only explained why you were wrong repeatedly (and you admitted that the total cap hit is the same either way), but told you that if you wanted to track June 1st numbers then you could create your own thread. Instead you kept posting in this one for seven pages because shitting up the thread was your goal all along.

No you don't. You really don't. You get mad and you blame it on me, you make all these personal issues and blame them on me. These aren't my issues, and honestly, if you were that concerned about your thread, you would've just not responded to it. Either you can't control yourself or chose to do this, but either way -- not my issue.

It is. But it's over two years and you think that's irrelevant. It's not.

It absolutely is. And the idea that the "total" is all that matters, no. That's not. People want to know how it affects the cap. If it's over two years? Yes, they want to know how it affects both.

Lets look at this differently. If the Panthers stand pat and don't waive anyone how many players are under contract for next year and how far are we over the cap

46 players for about $130 million.

This year's cap was $120 million. Getting under the cap itself wouldn't be insurmountable, and there'd still be a lot of players on the roster so it's not like you're going in with nothing, but it's far from ideal depending on how much change they want to bring.

Why don't you explain why you think it's so damn important to discuss the total cap hit for cutting a player and absorbing it entirely in a single year? Justify your reasoning for maximizing the impact in one year and passing on the use of the available processes for making additions other than the draft. That sounds a lot like using your cap to keep your own and not pursue any FAs. The last GM to use that philosophy just got fired.
