carolina got killed on the boards but managed to keep the game close until the final minutes. miami looked better physically and got great play from diaz, especially down the stretch. first time miami has won at carolina.

sometimes it's a good thin to have no tv or radio available - I can't imagine how loud I would have been cussing watching or listening to that beat down

lose to Miami at home? I bet the old farts sat on their hands watching all of it to. But at least they'll beat dook at home

    yeah right

surprised to see how close Clemson played the dookies today. And speaking of Clemson - this just might be the Heels team that finally lets Clemson win in Chapel Hill. If they played that bad today against Miami anybody can beat them there

Diaz played well. Miami had good guard play, while the Heels did not. too many sloppy passes also hurt. still like the hustle that they show.

I thought the Heels had it won and then Miami came back. Game was a lot closer than the score was, but Diaz's three was the dagger. Hansbrough couldn't hang on to the ball down the stretch either. I didn't start watching till the second half so I'm not sure how well he played in the first half, but he didn't look like much of a factor down the stretch.

Hansbrough's hands turned to jello late in the second half.

    And Quentin Thomas still sucks.

He and Terry are the only reasons that UNC stayed in the game. He just seem to run out of gas later in the 2nd half.

Diaz really played great down the stretch.

UNC is just going to have games like this until they learn to pass better. They have won more games than they should with the TO problems they have.

We lost this game on the boards. Lack of inside game other than TH. And of course, turnovers.
