Can Illinois beat UNC?

    Yes. Any team in the top 50 can beat UNC.

    Geeze, is there anyone who thinks Illinois couldn't beat UNC? I would say it's a safe bet that Illinois could beat any team in the country. They earned that #1 ranking.

    I'm not entirely sure about it. I love my Illini, but they had a stretch of some poor shooting and I'm afraid they might rest on their laurels again and get overconfident.

    Hmmm. I, for one, am anxiously awaiting a rubber match. Remember 2 years ago, my boys spanked the Baby Heels. Last year's rematch was close.

    Any team that is unbeaten, you have to give them credit until proven otherwise.

    Everytime I think that illinois is a little overrated, I just remember that beat down of Wake. Weather it was at Illinois or not that's still impressive. I definitely think UNC could beat them, but Illinois is impressive, about the only thing the Big 10 really has going for them. That conference is weak again this year.
