    Well this thread certainly turned to crap in short order. I had really hoped we were past this kind of thing. I guess not.


    We could argue whether or not he knew he was lying, but in reality we'll probably never know. But the question isn't should Dubya go to heaven, it's can he go. The answer is absolutely. Saddam Hussein can go to heaven, by the same means Dubya and Billy Graham will go -- the grace of Jesus Christ.

    It's not a political attack but a real world application of scripture. Or, more precisely an indictment of the dogmatic application of scripture applied by those whose politics support someone who clearly has acted contrary to the basic tennants of the christianity but is getting a pass because of his popularity with certain segments of society.
