Can anyone tell me

My point to you and anybody else is when you make a statement make sure it can be backed up by the Word Of God and not by what man says or his traditions.

My question to you genesis is why do you take mans word instead of moving up the bar and stop drinking milk and start eating meat. Get into the Word on your own instead of waiting on man to tell what he believes.

Have you ever considered that the tree in the garden was actually satan and result was Cain? A discussion was made back in 11-11-08 entitled Apple Tree?

 

I never take mans word at anything. I have read the bible from front to back many times. Like I said earlier in this post though, The book of Genesis is not my specialty. Hasbeen99 said something earlier and I said I was going to go back and look in the bible to verify what he said. Again I ask do you not read the whole post before you type? Does it not say in the bible to have fellowship with other Christians?Is that not what people do in church? They go and listen to someone else tell them their interpretation of the bible? How does one learn without questions? That is what I am doing on here. Writing with individuals about their beliefs and why they believe like they do. If you happen to have a link for the other discussion you and eclaim mentioned can you please give me it. I am not computer or this board literate enough to find it.

 

When you made a statement about me coming on this board to hassle you or any body else is grossly false. You need to man up in these last days and study on your own and be sure to get the proper resources that has not been revised by man. I just want to say you or anybody else that are sincere in learning the Word has my highest respect. So, keep up the good work.

I never said you did. I just asked if you did because it seems to me that that is all you do. Unfortunately any source that is out there that contains the word,at least in my opinion, has been revised by man. Please do not give me your respect because I must admit that the questions I ask are not for studying "God" or his word but are for studying humans. Do not get me wrong. I love "God" and have a personal relationship with him. I am just curious as to why humans worship the way they do and why they think about "God" and works related to the subject the way they do. Sometimes what they say makes me think on my own beliefs and helps bring me closer to "God" and sometimes what they say makes such little sense that I let it go in one ear and out the other. "God" I understand it is humans that I just do not get.
