meat made it but posted to R&R about it. Something about a fire. No word as to whether the Richardsons had it set to bring back the excitement to practice.

    Foster looked good.

This was funny - Gilbert lept up and intercepted a rodney peete pass, and then ran like hell and gained like 30 yards.

Oh no. There's always been that one parallel to Peppers. If I were a bitter curmudgeon I'd say we picked up Peete to give our offense some excitement, in any way possible.

I think he needs to be the starter. ;-)

Just kidding.....I did see Gilbert' interception. He got a round of applause from the crowd on the sidewalk.

you gonna be out there tomorrow? I'm making an effort again.

Yeah, he's a hustle player. He's always been one. He's not really terribly fat either, or wasn't. I've seen him make some tackles upfield against receivers that shouldn't be made. Of course there for a while everyone got at least two shots at Ricky Williams and it didn't matter.

I'm not sure about tomorrow.......Sunday morning more than likely.

Gilbert never stood a chance after he signed that contract. He could never play up to it. You're right about his hustle....he will follow the ball.
