    Cameron Tatum, 6-5, 190 of Tucker, Georgia committed to the Charlotte 49ers today. He is currently ranked 140 in the Rivals150. He was also considering Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, NC State, South Carolina and Tennessee.

    He said, "I really liked the environment while I was down there. The coaches and players were great. I just want to go in there and play good defense and help the team win anyway I can."

    At the adidas Showtime Nationals, Tatum had a great showing with the Georgia Stars. His 30 points against the loaded D.C. Assault squad were impressive as was his defensive effort against 2007 5-star Nolan Smith.

    Tatutm's Tucker High team was 27-4 last season and he averaged 21 points per game.

    This is one of those highly underrated guys. Excellent.

    Beasley-Harmon-Tatum-- Nolan Smith??

    Lutz & Co. getting it done. If they get Smith, it will be our best class ever. All froshes too.
