    Should have kept their mouths shut about getting jumped by Texas in BCS. They are getting spanked in the Holiday Bowl

    I was someone who touted them. If anyone wants to jump me for having posted about Cal a total of eleven times, then we can go ahead and start a huge ACC-like cuntfest any time anyone wants to profess they like or follow any team that has a bad game. Wouldn't that be cool?

    Tempting to blame it on the "no Rose Bowl" let down but fourth ranked team should be doing better than this.

    Texas is horribly overrated as well. They can never seem to win the big games, yet Mack Brown gets extended???

    Sure there is. You can't stop the kids from being disappointed. They've heard "Rose Bowl" for 4 years now if not more. It happens a couple of times a year - and the Holiday Bowl is usually involved because one team just doesn't want to be there. Texas puked there last year. Cal did it this year.

    classic example of why the bowl season sucks. Teams take off for a month before they play. Was Cal overrated or did they just have a bad game? HArd to say since they havent played since dec 4th. I'm gonna say it was little of both.
