    from what I could gather, the daughter was wrongfully accused of accessory to murder. dad was pissed and his plan was to take out himself, a cop and then some. she mentioned something about flowers and that is what tipped them to Stokes location

    CSI placed her at the scene by getting DNA off her cup. There was probably lots of other evidence against her in order for her to have been sent to jail. The guy wanted to get back at CSI.

    I thought it was pretty good but not great. It kind of drug a bit and probalby would have been better if it were a one hour episode instead of two.
