    I doubt he goes anywhere. This sounds just like the Spurrier to Bama/Miami shit from last year. Spurrier did NOT squash the rumors...said they made it easier to recruit. Kids see the demand there is for the coach recruiting him.

    What happened? USC had one of the top classes in the country.

    Betting Davis is using the same tactic.

    why in the hell would BD leave Chapel Hill to go to Ark????


    The SEC is over saturated with good coaches. All they do is beat themselves up. Stay in the ACC at a great school. He can easily have them in the top 15 year in and year out.

    Word has it Butch's agent has been contacted, and offered a contract in excess of 3.2 million and the buyout paid...by Arkansas. Obviously if he says he'll take it the decision that Nutt is fired will be announced soon. Also they say he has till next week to let them know.

    Hey fairy boys in Chapel Hill, be sure to buy those "Butch Slapped" t-shirts while they last, because if not you are going to see a lot of red ones made in a few weeks! HAHA

    Recruiting, I'd guess. Davis had a couple of coups like Marvin Austin last time around, while O'Brien has never been that successful as a recruiter. I doubt that anyone is scared of either school, though, it's just a matter of trying to annoy the other.
