    what about breakfast burritos? scambled eggs...cheese...bacon or sausage. not very mexican.

    If you put mexican cheese on them it makes them mexican.

    Actually when I was visiting New Mexico years ago, everyone served breakfast burritos, even Denny's, I'm talking 20 plus years ago, before you heard of them anywhere. Anyway they always had salsa or hot sauce on them.
