    Well, this is TBR and I'm sure most of you knew this... but you can burn carloires.

    "New York Daily News writer Connie Prater talked with experts and found sex gradually raises your heart rate and increases blood flow and circulation -- which could help reduce the risk of heart attack.

    Figure that 30 minutes of sex burns, on average, 150 calories. "
