Bully

I really don't care about it being a "Columbine Simulator" or the unwarranted violence. It's the fact that "Jimmy" can kiss boys as well as girls that burns me up. I think it's time for a mass "DVD" burning.

wow, this game came out a while ago and that controversy lasted like 3 days. I laughed at the columbine simulator label, since you can really only do violence that was popular in the 1950's. Wedgies, spitballs, slingshots, etc.

 

October of last year, but I just got it. I see worse on TV. The kids love it.

 

i think they must mean that it's a simulation of the bullying that supposedly drove those two kids to murder their classmates, rather than a simulation of them murdering their classmates. maybe they should have some random kid with a gun shoot you if you wedgie him too many times.

 

it's not a simulation of anything. It's full of old cliches like cliques of nerds, jocks, greasers, etc. It's a fun game for what it was, and was really under the radar besides getting some attention for the ability to kiss boys.

 

my point was that saying it's a columbine simulator makes people think one thing, but then it's really talking about the other side of the coin. columbine simulator sounds shocking and gets publicity, but technically speaking, columbine was a high school so any high school simulator could be labeled a columbine simulator. just pointing out the absurdity of the label, i guess.
