Lex, I can think of some really good Zep tunes..but I love them all. It really just depends on how much you dig Zep! Hmmm...try

Good Times Bad Times off of their self titled first album.

Give me some time to rummage through what would be some good "work out" Zep music.

    morning, all!

pantherpaul: that is the singer norah jones. download her "i dont know why" and prepare to fall in love!

king: oh yes! we should have some led zep on this cd other than whole lotta love, dont you think? thanks. take your time. we got time. arranging this on how it should flow is gonna be tricky. this thread is where i will get my material from. i will brainstorm with you guys later on regarding the arrangement/sequence. we will have a couple of warm up/intro tunes. for stretching and stuff, then, it will get intense as the work out gets intense. we can start slow and progress. i hope to get about 60 minutes of tune material here.

what do you think? post your comments. oooh, group project! hee hee..... canned heat is good! hella good. we will work that tune in.
    :p

Lex...is this an aerobic type workout? I think I have a few ideas if you can clarify what type of workout you are doing. (And no Im not just trying to get the details for my own naughty thoughts...my imagination is just fine! ;) )

    yes. aerobic type

something one can use for aerobics or just plain music for when on treadmill. something versatile that most people can use. the first set i am thinking of is aerobic type so it should have a beat.

then maybe another set of soft/jazzy type music for yoga.

ambitious? i think we can do this.

    Zep -- Dyer Maker

Monty Python -- Always Look on the Bright Side of Life (when you're just about to die on that treadmill)

Proclaimer -- I'd Walk 500 Miles (another good one for the treadmil)

are ya wanting heart attack city or to keep this to a resonable workout?

reasonable? hahahaha....we want to get to "the zone" but not have a heart attack!

here's what i think: 15min or less warm up, about 30 min of intense workout, 10 min or less of it bordering on 'heart attack city' then wind down for another 15 minutes. i/we can cram lots of great tunes in that one hour that we wont even notice we are excersicing! gettting to the zone will be the climax, so we want some kick ass tunes. about a couple of hard core rock. led zep will do. whaddayathink? anyhoo...that is just a vision.

so far we are needing material. gotta have wide range of tune choices. this is gonna be awesome.
    :p
