Do you even post anymore besides to argue with me? As noted, Detroit's 14 points were 100% attributable to Jake Delhomme. Their offense did absolutely nothing in that first half, while our two touchdowns were the result of awesome field position on the first (Peppers sack & strip) and a great play by Steve Smith on the second. Yes, Delhomme still gets something for being involved in those two touchdowns, but it's still obviously not as significant as single-handedly giving the other team 14 points because unlike the offensive plays, those were 100% on Jake.
The conditions, the defense faced, and the poor play of the offensive line are why I discount Delhomme's performance in that game somewhat. Yes it was awful, and yes I think Jake against the Bears was also worse than Favre against the Ravens. I just happen to think the Detroit performance was worse because it's rare that a quarterback directly and single-handedly accounts for all the opposing team's 14 points in a particular half. I have no problem with you thinking he was worse against Chicago, but apparently you have some kind of obsession with me that compels you to disagree with my take on the Lions game. But sure, continue to rant like my new stalker (I guess you're taking G's place) and continue to expose your lack of knowledge.
