    My cousin just gave me a call. He said that he saw Julius Peppers in the drive through at the Bojangles near the airport.

    This can mean only one thing.



























    He's going to be the new coach @ NC State.

    He's actually going to coach and play C/PF, filling the void left by Simmons.

    Don't forget that Brackman probably won't play for the State basketball team this year either, because he wants to concentrate more on baseball.

    I'm sure it could happen, but Brane has never struck me as a good source of information. At least he'll put up a link or something if he didn't make it up out of thin air.

    if Brackman is smart he'll forget basketball - he has a legitimate shot to be a good MLB pitcher - he has little potential to play basketball in the NBA

    I agree about MLB, but, like Ced Simmons, I don't know whether he'd be good in the NBA because of how he's been used in college.
