    struck out 2 of the 4 batters he faced in the futures game sunday. he clocks in with his fastball around 98-99.

    this season in 8 games at high A myrtle beach he went 5-1 with a 1.94 and 62 k's in 46 innings.

    after getting called up, in 7 games at AA greenville he is 3-1 with a 2.82 and 43 k's in 38 innings.

    he missed 2 years to tommy johns surgery or he would be on the verge of making the major league roster already. its said he is just now learning the art of pitching to go along with that massive fastball he has. this kid is one to watch for sure.
