Anybody think they will ever retire Brad Hoover's jersey? Not a spectacular player just hard working, consistant, solid ballplayer. Local guy who was a undrafted F/A who played 11 years. If his body hadn't let him down he would still be playing IMO.

I wonder if he stays in shape and does not sign anywhere if we ring him up should Fiametta blow a knee or something?

We need just a huge mountain replica on the side of the stadium, in the shape of Mt. Rushmore, with the entire 2000 Panthers' heads carved into it.

Jerry doesn't believe in retiring numbers. The equipment guy whose name escapes me at the moment, will never give 51 out, but Richardson does not believe in retiring #s.

#51 is retired and will likely be the only number retired here for a long time. Hoover will not have his number retired. No chance at all. Ring of Honor maybe. But I am not sure that happens either.

He was a good player. Never great. The Ring of Honor should be for great players, IMO.

4 may be retired but even that's a stretch

kasay will be retired. he's won alot of games for us. i've read/heard somewhat convincing cases, from fans of other teams, for him being in the hof. i personally don't think kickers are high on the hall list, and there are some bigger names that would be ahead of him, but his stats are similar.
