    Hey, at least UNC-Asheville made it; that's more than UNC can say! :D

    UNC-A won their tourney on a fluke- they had to take 2 teams into overtime (including Winthrop who was picked to win the tourney) to do it. I'm sure they will get their ass kicked all the way back up the mountain, but they still made it! Even if it's a play-in game.

    No, we didn't.

    We had enough quality wins to get in. That's true. Beat 3 top 25 teams, and had Pitino on the ropes.

    It's the non-quality losses that kept us out. Too many letdowns vs average teams.

    We didn't deserve to go. All we needed to do was beat Auburn, who didn't deserve to go but did anyway, and we choked.

    On a happier note, my Bucs had a habit of knocking off ranked teams back in the early 90s. Here' to hoping history repeats itself.
