    Good game. Started watching after UL pulled off the fake punt. Interesting stat in that that one State player has more interceptions than like 60 other FBS teams. Did he win some award for that?

    David Amerson. Won the Jack Tatum award and should have won the Jim Torpe award and his game last night proved why.

    Amerson finished with 13 interceptions for the year which is better then 60 or so FBS teams and sets an ACC record that was held by Dre Bly.

    I'm betting he would have won the Jim Torpe award if he played on a better team. Didn't the guy from LSU win?

    Claiborne had 46 total tackles(28 solo) and 6 INT's and returned one for a TD. Amerson had 54 tackles(37 solo) with 11 INT's and returned one for a TD. I didn't include the game last night but there is no question Amerson should have won the Thorpe award.
