I need suggestions for a book. Something entertaining that will expand my mind. Preferably fiction. I'm a Kurt Vonnegut, John Irving, Ray Bradbury sort. Anyone?

I highly recommend Ayn Rand, either The Fountainhead or Atlas Shrugged. Both are fiction, and both will expand your mind.

I was a big fan of Chuck Palahniuk's Invisible Monsters, Lullaby, & Choke.
Also Brett Easton Eliss' Less than Zero (not really imagination oening though)

Also check out Edward Gorey. His stuff is illustrated poetry but darkly funny.

I don't know if I can give ol' Brett another chance after American Psycho. I might check out the other ones though, thanks.
