We also get Acie Law I heard on the radio.

Great trade if Jackson doesn't decide to act like an asshole here, which of course is a pretty big assumption.

Got a younger, more athletic 2 who is a better scorer and dumped Radmonovic's contract. Vlad was playing terrible this year and Bell could need wrist surgery at any moment with some unlucky contact.

edit: Hmm he's only a year younger than Bell, still he averaged 20 pts 5 boards and 6 assists last year. He's in a different league offensively from anyone on our roster if he plays up to his potential. Looks like the Cats may have taken on salary in this trade.

bball-wise it makes sense. Jax had probably his best year last year. agree on the Bell comment. I wouldnt be surprised if he has surgery any day and hardly ever plays for GS. they dumped Vlads contract and took on Jax so thats a wash.

edit:Jax has more years than Vlad. he will be making 8,9,10 mil his last three years of his contract. Gerald Wallace will make 9,10,11 in the same span. Diop will make 6,6,7 over that span to put it into perspective.

This is a great trade for the Bobcats .Stephen Jackson is what the Doctor order for the Bobcats someone who can score. Vladimir Radmanovic was a bust .And even though Raja Bell was a great defender .Raja Bell could not stay healthy plus he is not the type of Score that Stephen Jackson is.Great Trade Bobcats

Bobcats need scoring. Maybe they will bring Iverson in too. Brown can control them.

Not that I'm in but if Iverson comes to Charlotte, I'm out.

Nailed it. Hate to hear it for Bell though, he'll be missed.

It was funny, just the day before the trade I was on 77 and saw Bell's Bobcat billboard and thought about how cool it was that the team advertising had picked up on such a good player/decent person. I wonder how long it will take the Bobcats/Sprite to change that billboard.
