I turn on the radio right after class and the bobcats blew a 22 point lead. Damn. They would've won it had it not been for Keith Boggans missing 2 free throws late. By the way, boggans came off the IL and dropped 28 points. Statement maybe? We lost by 2 points against one of the best teams in the league. We didn't have hart nor knight. I'm happy we're not getting the shit kicked out of us, but we are making a habit of giving games away with stupid fouls and missed free-throws.

I watched the entire game - Bobcats led the entire game until 15.5 seconds remaining.

I think they made a mistake inbounding to Bogans instead of Smith.

Bogans, aside from the missed freethrows, was a player. House lit it up early too.

I guess they're kinda young, but are they making young mistakes or just stupid ones to throw away games?

I'd forgotten about Bogans. How the hell did we get a baller?

We traded for Bogans right before the season for some scrub, amazingly. He was on the IL until Hart, Knight went down with injuries.

To be honest mags, they are doing better than I thought they would. Great ball movement, high percentage shots, high assists, forced turnovers. On the other hand, we don't play good in our quarter-court set, we break down with pressure (mainly due to our guards being injured), our weakside rebounding needs to improve, we seem to collapse our defense way too premature, and of course FT shooting and turnovers aren't good. With that said, we're right in these games and with a little maturity, I think we'll start to win contests like this.

yeah. I haven't seen one yet, but I've tried to keep up. Right now I'm looking at the stats and things look allright overall, I'm heartened by Okafor's overall stats but wish he was shooting better than .350. he and Wallace both.

okafor has a bum ankle and he hasn't seemed to have as much lift as i thought he would (i hope his back still isn't bothering him). Wallace is a BEAST. he can shoot 35% or whatever but he lays himself out there everynight. loose balls, tip dunks, steals, blocks, he's our garbage man. i love his game.

We made 14 out of 16 shots in the first quarter and shot 57% for the game. We also missed 13 FTs though. This game was in the bag :(

Bogans had a monster game, but he was also the goat by missing two at the line with seconds left.

We're doing better than I anticipated as well. I think this team has a nice future, and I for one am very excited.

yeah, this team has been in pretty much every game. i'm stunned by the scoring ability these guys have.

i wonder if the refs are ever going to call utah for moving screens on their set plays. they have so much movement with guys rubbing of each other and picking other people off, but so much of it is a guy moving into the way of another guy disquised as cutting to the basket, or looking for rebounding position. considering how often they call a foul the big man showing on a high pick (when the PG basically just runs into him) you'd think they'd be interested in calling the game closer. but then, i guess the mandate was to penalize the defense.

I saw Wallace on ESPN's highlights. He was dunking on Boozer. It was pretty cool.
