Its pretty clear Bernie sucks. For some reason, that wasnt clear to Bob Johnson when he hired him. However, who is your choice for the next coach? Or who might be available?

Bernie will step down and name his son the next coach, which is total horseshit, but it'll happen.

I dont see Bernies son taking over. no way. I just hope they don't get another re-tread coach, who would be no better than Bernie.

Great coach. No doubt. Maybe you can get Lenny Wilkens

he's not quite a re-tread. Silas is one of the only good memories people have of the last couple of years of the Hornets. Lots of fans would be happy with that choice. I dont know if he would want to coach such a young team, he likes veterans.

Im thinking of newer coaches. Avery Johnson, Dantoni, Scot Skiles, Frank in NJ etc. and stay away from the Fratellos, Eddie Jordans, Bernie Bickerstaff types that have been with 1/3 of the teams in the league. No big names either like Larry Brown, and def no shit coaches like Isiah Thomas, Doc Rivers.

Why Silas? Agree that he was well liked here in Charlotte but he also had some pretty good teams that in my opinion underachieved.

At this point, Id be happy with anyone else, but the main trait Im looking for is disciplinarian. I think a young team would respond well to that as opposed to a veteran team.
