It's all good, it was depressing the way the Hornets finished out, mostly because we sent a VERY competent team to New Orleans. Injuries, time, and playing in the Western Conference decimated the team, but the Hornets were solid on the court.

The fans really quit on the team the year before they left, however that playoff run they had filled the arena and it was loud as hell against the Heat and the epic 7 game series against the Bucks. You might remember that fuckhead Ray Woolridge wearing his headband and cheering the team on. The next year everyone knew the Hornets would leave, it was barely more than a formality. And as such, even in the playoffs the place wasn't sold out I don't believe. Certainly the home games didn't have the magic of the previous year, of course losing to the Nets in five games will do that.
