Good Point two-six. People gripe and complain because people pitch around him. The Braves pitch to him and all of the sudden Bobby Cox is the dumbest bastard in sports. Doesn't add up.

BULLSHIT, all the talent he has had and only one WS to show for it. Mazzone should be given all the credit in the world, not the wife beating Cox

After 162 games of the regular season, i would think there might be little coaching going on and more managing... Given that, we can second guess everyone from Cox to LaRussa, to Joe Torre, but if the players dont perform, well isnt that the nature of the game anyway?

BTW - How many of you could do any better? To tell you the truth, probably nonr, myself included.

I'd take Larussa, Torre, Howe, Dusty Baker, Pinella, or T. Kelly before I took COx

    Thanks two-six..it was nothing!!!

Got to give Cox credit for keeping the ship on top...but his much heralded loyalty to his players at times has backfired on him.

...and I will never forgive him for pitching Leibrandt and Reardon.
I know exactly how the Bosox fans feel about Buckner
