    Had my blood pressure checked the other day and it was 127/72
    My family has history of HBP and I need to keep it checked.
    I know this has been asked before but what is considered normal range for BP?

    anything under 140/90 is below borderline. The bottom number is what makes your wife rich if you got good insurance and yours is excellent.

    Plu can tell you about that BP but bring your policy by and I'll look it over and see if you need to worry about hairdryers and stuff accidently falling in the bath tub.

    bottom number is more important- keep it under 100. Under 90 is recommended.

    top number should be less than 150. Best bet is to keep it under 140.

    I'd kill for average numbers that low, even while taking medication.

    mine never runs above 120/70. I think it's 90% genetics.
