    Did anyone see this when it came out? It seems like yesterday it was in the theaters and now is coming out next week on DVD. I like Samuel L Jackson but missed it

    I liked it . . . . . Yeah, movies are coming out on DVD just a few months after it was in the theatres. I think studios are trying to make their money back on a film more quickly by releasing the movie out on DVD sooner vs. later.

    Tim Tam may be able to shed some light o this but from what I read recently there is a HUGE strike in the industry that will occur next summer. No new projects that can't be finished by then are being approved, tv shows are starting earlier so they can complete the season pre strike. Actors and directors and such are trying to get back losses they took during the last work stoppage in the late 90's
