    Of course nobody wants to hear something like that. And I never really cared about the logo or how he dressed. Richardson was in the NFC Championship his second year with an expansion team, Tepper can't crack .500 with a team that was 11-5 the year before he took over. And before he starts whining about injuries I want to hear his take on how his last team is dealing with them.

    Culture starts at the top.

    We preemptively ruled Jim Harbaugh out of the picture, as if he would want to deal with this in the first place. Plus the Huddle has already concluded that Jim Harbaugh is a college coach who never took an NFL team to three consecutive NFC title games and a Super Bowl.
