    It was for me at the time.

    Nothing ever seeded from me although I left it running all the time, nor could I upload torrents to share after creating them. I'm sure it was a weird setting I had but couldn't figure it out despite a lot of reading and asking questions.

    I'm already seeding the stuff I dled earlier on this site (if I'm reading it right), so it looks promising at this point.
