Big Mark gets less so

    Hopefully.

    Day 1 - The begining
    314 lbs - 49 to goal
    Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with Winston-Salem Pete and H20.
    Lunch: Good ol fashioned Bologna sandwiches with 2 slices of Oscar Mayer and Jack Daniels ol no. & Mustard.
    4th 32 oz glass of H20.
    Dinner: Two chicken breasts marinaded in evoo and Balsamic and more water.


    Side note: What else can I drink that's not loaded in carbs or carbinated? h20 is getting old, FAST

    That Petes gonna eat your stomach up. Try to back off that bad boy slowly. I had to kick the Pete and Goodys.:(

    Get the flavored water. I can't stand regular water and buy the flavored water from Wal-mart.

    They make that flavored water now, that should work. The girls at work drink it like its water, I mean beer!
