    Beer butt chicken, chicken wings, pork sirloin roast, pork sirloin thick cuts, burgers, steaks, ribs, shrimp, fish, squash, peppers. Since I got it I've done about 90% of my cooking on it. It's awesome!

    I want to try a brisket. Low and slow.:drums:
