The ACC has actually been really deep this year. Even Virginia beat Arizona and nearly beat Stanford, plus FSU beat Florida. Wake and Miami are the only putrid teams.

I actually hate it. Too much whining from all fans.

    WTF?

head-to-head matchups are pretty valid. all your numbers can't change that.

This is an off year for the ACC, whether or not you care to admit it. There's UNC, Duke and not much else.

And as I pointed with more than one fact, this off year for the ACC is still better than the Big Dump.

I haven't really compared the matchups of who play who in those games between the two conferences, but I just tend to look at the bigger picture of things, which are undisputed that the ACC is better than the Big Dump.

It's not an off year for the ACC, although last year was. There aren't as many dominating teams, but it's a lot like the SEC was in football this season with a lot of good teams. As noted, even teams like FSU and Virginia have impressive wins.

Looks like the facts proved that the ACC is better than the BE. I do understand you wanting to find one thing that you can spout out about since things overall look worse for the BE than they do in the ACC(in their down year).

You must really be bitter about that!

sorry to burst your bubble chump, but I don't get bitter over college hoops. You, on the other hand, will die of a coronary watching the tarheels play. condolences in advance.

the only "facts" that matter are those on the scoreboard at the end of the game, and the Big East has won eight of 13. sure, some were bottom feeders from both leagues playing each other, but others, like Marquette against Duke, weren't.

don't feel bad. you can always hang your hat on that beating of an overrated Arizona team that's now lost five of seven. I'll bet it still makes you hard, five days later.
