Better Actor: Burt Reynolds or John Travolta?

    Travolta easily. But Burt in The Longest Yard is one of my all time favorite movies. His passes into the "gut" are funny each time I see it.

    Yes. Almost all of Burt's good stuff was late 60's to mid 70's.

    Now that's what we need to do. Make a list of women each of them were associated with. I am sure both list are a lot better than either of their movies.

    John Travolta sucks. The only roll he ever had that was good was Vincent Vega.

    Burt Reynolds is the superior. Boogie Nights, he rocked, in Striptease he whipped ass. granted he is not what i would call a serious thespian, but his movies are consistantly better.

    Fuck Travolta and his cult.

    After all this time, I am finally convinced, you are NOT gay.

    He has an extremely sexy mouth- and when he squints his eyes when he smiles-well, that does stuff to me. :) I watched Grease the other night for the first time in years and I actually giggled while watching that fantastic mouth of his. :mushy:

    Travolta for Pulp Fiction--one of the best flicks of the past 25 years.

    [But man, he also played and angel in one of the stupidest movies of the past 25 years].

    I'd like to see Boogie Nights. I believe it played at a local theater for two nights.
