    Too bad his past is so bad (Both parents dead from Aids, 2 kids, saw his friend get murdered, and bad grades). Noel Devine won't ever go to college at all or if he does he will be very lucky.     It's internet hype. He's definitely good, but he's not big enough or strong enough to have an NFL future. It's fun to watch him make moves, but he's no Barry Sanders, who was exceptionally strong despite being small. And he is expected to attend college, suckit. He just finished a recruiting visit to West Virginia.

    Noel Devine has academic problems according to all the "internet hype" I've read. Wouldn't be surprised to see him at a J.C. for a couple years.

    He got a 13 on the ACT (Equivalent to the 650 on the SAT). The creator of Rivals said he is the best player he has ever seen in all his years of recruiting.
