Best Overall Player in Football

is George Kittle. Anyone dispute that?

 

Yes. He's good at everything, but he also plays in a system that's a dream for a TE.

 

Receiving is only a portion of his game. He is also the best blocking TE in football. No player currently playing in the league is as good at playing his position as GK.

 

Calling him the best overall at his position is a fair argument, but that wasn't the question you were asking. A tight end who's scored two touchdowns all year is not the best overall player in football.

 

I know exactly what I said, and I said that he is better at playing his position than any other player in the game playing theirs. He also plays Special Teams.

TD's are important, but so is having one of the best run games in the league. How good is he? He's so good that he has assisted two rookie backup Tackles in maintaining the same lethal rushing attack and passing game.

 

How do you even evaluate who the best player in football is?

 

Opinion and observation. Nothing real serious.

Who would you say is better under the established criteria?

 

Best overall player in football is different than best overall player at his position. The latter is a perfectly fine opinion, but that's wasn't your original claim/argument/question(?).
