    I did a Boston butt many years sgo, but it made my weiner smell like baked beans so I turned her back over and pinned her against the green monster until her clam was full of chowder

    quick boston butt
    dry rub-homemade essence
    sauce-
    1 cup cider vinegar
    1/4 cup ketchup(hunts)
    1/4 cup water
    1 tsp worchesterchire
    1 tbspbrown sugar
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp texas pete
    couple shakes of salt

    this one was small, just over 2lb

    2 -2 1/2 hrs on the Webber. charcoal boxes in full effect. those things are the shit.
