    Have I listed my top 5 or 15? And most have just listed players, where you go on a rant about how great JW is and what if he played that one more year where his stats would be. I also think JW had a pretty good team around him, if not and say he was really the only player, where would his stats be then?

    All you are talking about are either his stats or how the team finished(without mention of who else was on the team).

    Oh and Sly JW was a better player than MJ in college when you look at their stats. Does that make you feel better? :mushy:

    How many ACC stats is David Thompson top 5 in now? College basketball is a totally different game now than it was when Ford played.

    And Ford wasn't stupid enough to ruin his career by wrecking a motorcycle. He did it the old fashioned way - drugs and alcohol.....

    Phil Ford is the best ACC PG of my lifetime. Bobby Hurley & Mark Price are the only ones in his class. Williams made the 50th team because the committee was too focused on the current/more recent players.

    The greatest ACC player of my lifetime? Thompson.

    That used to be true, but not anymore.I think the motorcycle ride had something to do with JW's fall from grace.
