    I hadn't looked at your site lately, but love the new layout. For Newton, it's unrealistic to expect him to learn how to read defenses and go through progressions during the madness of a rookie season, especially while playing, but I imagine Chudzinski will implement something like Linehan used with Culpepper back in Minnesota. Linehan had him evaluate his primary, then if that was covered, come immediately to the check down instead of trying to find the best downfield option. That's going to limit your offensive potential, but would help Cam get the ball out and minimize mistakes.

    That too. I was glad to see him pull the ball down against Miami, since I thought he was making a conscious effort not to do that during the preseason. Don't open yourself up to unnecessary hits, but if you can get 3-4 yards instead of risking a pass in traffic, go for it.

    It'll be interesting to watch AJ Green against our smurf-sized CBs provided Dalton can get the ball out against the blitz.

    Dalton looks interesting out there.
    You can tell, I mean part of last week is attitude but part of it's Cincy not being as punishing, but we're definitely doing a lot more against this OL.
