What shows did these lines come from?

I don't know about the first quote, but the sideways house and the balldipping are definitely from the best show MTV ever aired-- THE STATE! Here are some more memorable lines:

My ex works for MTV, and when we were dating, I told her she could dub me some old state episodes if she blew me. So, I've got 2 VHS's full of old States.
