    That loss just cost Conference USA 10 million dollars. WVU probably just got the BCS bid instead of Houston

    West Virginia was going regardless. The rules state that a non-BCS champion will earn a berth if they're ranked in the top 12 or if they're top 16 and one of the BCS champions is below 16th. Since Houston and Boise didn't win their conference, TCU is the only one with a chance to get that spot. They will if two of these three happen: Baylor loses to Texas, Georgia loses to LSU, and/or Wisconsin loses to Michigan State.

    Houston spent so much time dwelling about the BCS that they forgot to win their own motherfucking conference.
