    The only commendable reason to keep up with baseball anymore is too see the Yankees get beat. Period.

    Until baseball gets a salary cap - its a fuggin complete joke.

    Why not try watching a local high school baseball game .

    Average cost for admission is $3 to $5 , the players are not paid , at least not in Kannapolis,I cant speak for them Charlotte schools.. and you will see alot more desire to play and win than most college and pro games.

    The food is pretty good at most HS games .

    I agree that lower levels of baseball are better. I just hate the MLB model of the way they run things.

    The Yankees payed something like 60 Million in luxury tax last year. That isn't much less than the nfl salary cap. I have always hated baseball, now I just have a reason that I can explain.
