    That is the point of this thread. Why even mention a guy like Izzo who is obviously not going to even consider State? Or Jay Wright who signed a 10 year deal?


    State can land a quality coach, but whoever is putting this info out there I do hope is not making any decisions on who it will be.

    That was larry hunter Who just finished his first season at western. When He came to State he was ALL the rage some people claiming he was responsible for saving Herbs job and getting us to the NCAA's. Can't understand why no one has mentioned him, they thought so much of him before. Of coarse I'm kidding. But it just shows the level some would go to discredit Herb and any accomplishments he may have had.


    As For Calapari........Interested in the job.........Not on the list. TIFWIW

    and this is why State fans want him. like a sports writer said on a radio interview yesterday.....state is letting carolina dictate their hiring. you want barnes because he yelled at dean....great reason for making a hiring decision.:woot:
