Band of Brothers was on HBO In Demand this month and I watched it for the second time all the way through. Is it just me, or is this the greatest depiction of any War EVER produced(T.V. or Movie)?

    No.

I still think that A Bridge Too Far sets the standard.

I've got the DVD set. I recently started watching it again. Bravo to Spielberg and Hanks.

The Sunday it premiered my wife and I talked about how fucked up war was, how lucky our generation was, how peaceful the world was.

    2 days later? 9/11/2001.

The next episode was more ominous.
