all i want is a fuckin flag for the late hit in OT. 1st or 2nd OT i think. good god that was a pathetic no-call.

hell of a hit tho. that looked nasty.

I think you are talking about the 3rd and 19 in the 2nd OT. Yeah, it was late, and we wouldn't have needed the 4th and 19 to convert. I take it either way. Banks didn't drop another pass after that one.

It was a hard hitting game. Simon nearly took the bama backs head off. Just a reaction though.

I'll even get to watch this on ESPN CLassic forever:mad: Why does CBS take a game with 2 teams having bad years and not even in the top 20? Because it's UT and Alabama.

True, but I don't consider 5-2 a bad year, and we will probably be back in the top 20 now. Bad years are what is happening to UNC. We aren't underachievers either (except for the O-line), that's Auburn. This is our talent level.

And I would say Bama is having a tough year, not a bad year. The lost scholarships have just hurt depth more than anything else, that's why you are in most of these games. Your QB is hurt, and playing through,. Sounds a lot like what happened to us last year. Next year, when he's completely healthy, you'll see a team rally around him.

As for us, hopefully we will open it up some vs Miami, cause I don't think we will be able to play close to the vest till the end and win. We need to get up on them. Our denensive line, except Dee, is atrousious, and they'll win a punch out game if all we have to counter is Houston.
